We're looking for driven and enthusiastic staff members. No experience is required, but is recommended. Our publication is created entirely with the time volunteered by our staff.

Webmaster

We are specifically looking for a Webmaster to oversee our website's presence, functionality, and SEO. As Webmaster, you need to be familiar with Squarespace, Google Analytics, and have a sense for web design and programming. You also must hold strong communication skills, as efficiency and ease are an essential part of the Tea operations.

All staff attend and assist in Tea-related events, come to meetings each Monday evening, and perform class visits.

Art Staff

Led by our Senior Art Editor, Art Staff work with SA+AH professors to solicit contributions, guide and educate the team in art and art history, and help in the selection process for our final magazine. They schedule art reshoots for the publication and create relationships with UF undergraduate artists. They organize the display of published art at the annual release party. They need to have proficiency in the fine arts.

All staff attend and assist in Tea-related events, come to meetings each Monday evening, and perform class visits.

Outreach Manager

The Outreach Manager functions as community liaison for Tea, finding events, groups, and brands specific to UF and to Gainesville for our magazine to be involved with. They must be proficient in communications and show professionalism, friendliness, and candor in speaking for the publication.

Poetry Staff

Led by our Poetry Editor, Poetry Staff work with creative writing and literature professors to solicit contributions. They work one-on-one with students to edit their poems to the best versions they can be. They guide and educate the team in poetry and help in the selection process for our final magazine.

Prose Editor

The Prose Editor works one on one with creative writing professors to solicit submissions. They work one-on-one with students to edit their pieces to the best versions they can be. They guide and educate the team in prose and help in the selection process for our final magazine.

Design Staff

Led by our Design Editor, Design Staff assist in creating the layout for the final magazine, as well as in designing additional materials such as shirts, flyers, cards, etc. They must be proficient with Adobe products such as Indesign and Illustrator.
